Can I pay off my contract early?

Yes, you may do an early payoff (EPO) at any time. Give us a call, an agent would be happy to quote you your EPO balance.

Are there any penalties for paying off my contract early?

No, there are no early payoff (EPO) penalties. We don’t punish you for paying off the structure before the contract goes to full term. In fact, you save the rental/leasing fee on all payments that have not yet come due, saving you as the customer money.

What are the terms of my contract?

Terms can vary based on structure and manufacturer. If you have a contract with us, give us a call or fill out the contact form, and we can review them with you.

Can I cancel my order?

You can receive a refund in situations when the contract's product never arrived at the home. If you need further clarification, feel free to reach out to our team.
